Physical Activity

I wrote this week’s program about physical activity.  I’d like to know what you enjoy doing to stay active! 

I enjoy running and riding my bicycle.  But I also enjoy going to the gym for a kickboxing class.  Most of the time, I go running or biking in the evenings after work.

What about you? Do you like individual activities or team activities? What is your favorite time of day to be physically active?

I prefer to do exercise with team. We were playing a Mon(Myanmar,Thai etc) traditional ball called takraw in the past.We enjoyed playing it very much but I have been stopping to play it for a long time. Now I want to play it but my circumstance has changed.(you can see its picture in this website.

Yes, Walking is the best and easiest way for everyone to do physical activity.

I THINK SPORTS AND OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES IS VERY IMPORTANT
IN ALL PEOPLE AND IT HELPS TO IMPROVE OUR HEALTH!!!!
